To create an account on 576, you must complete registration using accurate and complete information. Each individual may hold only one account — multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited. 576 reserves the right to terminate any account created using false information. The mobile number or email address provided at registration may be subject to verification.
Password & Security
Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Please do not share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the 576 support team immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity that occurs on their account.
Prohibited Activities
- Engaging in fraud or manipulation on the platform.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Using automated bots or software to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
- Operating an account under another person's identity.
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
All financial transactions on 576 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals must be made using approved mobile banking methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Transactions from third-party accounts are not permitted — only accounts registered in your own name may be used.
Withdrawal requests typically take 24 to 72 hours to process. Large withdrawals may require identity verification. If fraudulent transactions are suspected, 576 may place a hold on withdrawals and investigate the account.

Account Closure
Serious violations of these terms may result in permanent account closure. Users will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance prior to closure; however, this may not apply in cases of fraud.
