These terms and conditions are governed by applicable laws of Bangladesh and apply equally to all 576 users. No person under 18 years of age is allowed to use this platform. By completing registration, you confirm that you are 18 or older and eligible to comply with these terms.
576 reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the platform, and continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
Account creation, security, and user responsibilities
To create an account on 576, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited, and 576 reserves the right to cancel such accounts. Each user may only operate one account; multiple accounts are forbidden.
You are responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. Passwords must not be shared with others. Any unauthorized access must be reported immediately to the 576 support team.
User responsibilities include:
- Provide accurate personal information and update it as necessary.
- Do not violate any platform rules.
- Not engaging in fraud, money laundering, or illegal activities.
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities
The 576 platform is intended for personal entertainment only. Commercial use or use on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Interfering with the platform's systems or software.
- Using bots, scripts, or automated software.
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities unfairly.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions by using multiple accounts.
- Money laundering or illegal transactions through the platform.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or closure of the relevant account and forfeiture of any balances by 576.
Payment, Transaction & Account Policies
All transactions on 576 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Approved payment methods such as bKash, Nagad, and bank transfers must be used for deposits and withdrawals.
Terms applicable to deposits:
- Deposited funds must come from the user’s own legitimate sources.
- The minimum deposit amount is specified on the payment page.
- Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly upon successful payment.
Terms applicable to withdrawals:
- Withdrawal requests usually take between 15 minutes and 24 hours to process.
- Account verification may be required to complete withdrawals.
- Bonus funds must meet the specified betting requirements before withdrawal.
If any fraud or suspicious activity is detected in transactions, 576 reserves the right to suspend such transactions and conduct necessary investigations.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
576 may suspend or permanently close accounts under the following circumstances:
- Serious violation of terms and conditions.
- Providing false information or concealing identity.
- Managing multiple accounts.
- Participation in money laundering or fraudulent activities.
- At the user’s own request.
If there is a valid balance and no terms breach, funds will be refunded following the specified procedure before account closure.
Intellectual Property, Liability & Third Parties
Intellectual Property
All content on the 576 platform — logos, graphics, software, text, and design — is owned by 576 and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any platform content except for personal use.
Liability
The 576 platform is provided "as is." 576 accepts no liability for service interruptions caused by technical issues, internet disconnections, or other reasons. 576 will not be responsible for financial losses resulting from users’ betting or gaming decisions.
The platform’s maximum liability will never exceed the amount of the user's related transaction.
